Job summary

Zajel Logistics seeks a Business Improvement & Efficiency Officer to assess and enhance business processes, ensuring ISO standards are met and overall performance improves across the organization.

You will drive QHSE management, audits, and KPI reporting, while collaborating with Operations, Commercial, and support functions to spread best practices and efficiencies throughout the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferably with Internal Auditor Certificate: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Map, review, and redesign business processes while aligning with ISO standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to support process evaluations and decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize processes.
• Assist in developing KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.
• Lead QHSE initiatives, audits, and improvement campaigns to maintain ISO compliance.
• Provide guidance on quality management and continuous improvement across departments.
