Job summary

The company seeks an HSE Officer in Dubai to promote a safe and healthy working environment across operations, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and drive risk assessments, inspections, and audits.

You will coordinate safety training, investigations, and reporting, while maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems; a NEBOSH/IOSH qualification and English proficiency are essential, and a UAE driving license is preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or other HSE qualifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Systems.
• First Aid and safety certifications.
• UAE Driving License.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment across all company operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental legislation, company policies, and international standards.
• Proactively identify workplace risks, conduct inspections and audits, lead safety training initiatives, investigates incidents, and support continuous improvement of the safety culture.
• Manage HSE reporting and documentation.
