Guildhall is recruiting a QA/QC Manager to lead the project-wide quality programme for a live high-rise tower build in the GCC. You will drive site-based quality plans with the EPC contractor and supervise inspection staff on site.

This role requires hands-on QA/QC management, working knowledge of international design codes, and a professional certification relevant to high-rise construction. You will report to the Project Management Team and liaise with stakeholders on quality matters.

Guildhall is hiring for a developer running a major high-rise tower build in the GCC, currently staffing up its on-site project team. This QA/QC Manager role sits inside the Project Management Team, owns the project-wide quality programme and holds the EPC contractor to account for every inspection and report. This role is part of a growing on-site quality team as the project organisation scales up. A rare chance to build a quality function from the ground up rather than inherit one.

• Supervise inspection and technical staff across the site
• Report non-conformances and quality issues to the Project Management Team
• Maintain quality documentation flow between contractor and stakeholders
• Represent quality at site meetings and support site management directly

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree
• 10-15 years' experience in high-rise building construction
• Hands-on QA/QC management experience, not desk-based QA
• A relevant professional engineering certification appropriate for high-rise construction is required.
• Working knowledge of international design codes and QC processes
• Experience supervising technical or inspection staff on site
