Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-level Quality Assurance leader to design and implement comprehensive QA and QC strategies aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.

You will drive audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions across manufacturing and engineering functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust process controls while reporting key quality metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• 20+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQM, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Job description

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and leading quality improvement projects.

Other Requirement Previous ADNOC / GCC Experience with EPCC projects is a must Eligibility Criteria Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred Clean-shaven policy applicable Candidates must be immediate joiners Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Applying candidates must possess regular educational qualifications obtained from recognized institutions.
