Job summary

Client of Guildhall is seeking a QA QC Manager for a major UAE infrastructure project, based in Dubai South. The role focuses on quality planning and inspections from foundation through handover, coordinating with engineering leadership and regulatory bodies.

Fluency in Arabic and hands-on experience with foundations are commonly required for this level of coordination. The successful candidate will oversee ISO/ASTM/BS standards, lead QA/QC teams on live sites, and ensure non-conformance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
10+ years of QA/QC experience on infrastructure or building projects.
Working knowledge of ISO, ASTM, BS and other international standards.
Experience in civil works and building structures, especially foundation phases.
Fluent Arabic speaker.
Strong report writing, documentation and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead QA QC for substructure and foundation works on key structures within the programme.
Review drawings, specifications and method statements for standards compliance.
Run site inspections and audits to uphold quality and safety standards.
Manage non-conformance tracking and reporting; site documentation.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop a QA QC team on a live infrastructure programme.
