Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a QA/QC support specialist to assist the site team with inspections documentation and quality compliance monitoring.

You will help prepare inspection requests, verify works against drawings and specifications, and maintain ITPs, NCR follow-up, and project handover records at UAE construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction or QA/QC experience.
• Basic understanding of ITPs, method statements and inspection documentation.
• UAE/GCC site exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and preparation of inspection requests.
• Check construction works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain ITPs inspection records material approvals and quality registers.
• Support NCR follow-up snagging and corrective action verification.
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants during inspections.
• Assist with quality reports and project handover documentation.
