Job summary

Confidential Company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a seasoned QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance efforts across projects in the construction and manufacturing sectors. You will design and implement QA/QC plans, perform inspections, manage documentation for audits, and drive continuous improvement with root cause analysis and corrective actions, while coordinating with project teams and regulators.

The role requires strong analytical skills, bilingual English preference, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQE preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for projects.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, processes, and products.
• Provide feedback and corrective actions to project teams.
• Maintain documentation for audits and traceability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
