Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in construction QC/QA and regulatory audits, with strong MS Word/Excel skills. Candidates should be ready to relocate to Sharjah and join the permanent team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lead Auditor ISO 19011 certification: preferred.
• At least 2 years in construction QC/Quality Control management.
• Experience with regulatory audits.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops, oversees, and maintains Quality Management policies and procedures.
• Prepares quality examination records and certifications for deliveries to customers.
• Supports continuous process improvement across management teams.
• File control and document management systems.
• Collaborates to develop and execute quality plans and handover documentation.
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Inspects production materials prior to dispatch.
• Performs in-house tests and arranges third-party labs as needed.
• Participates in audits by assessing facility and product compliance.
• Prepares batch certificates and production records for the team.
• Produces technical submittals as required by sales.
