PeopleStrong is seeking a QA/QC Engineer in Dubai to implement and monitor QA/QC activities for road/highway construction projects. You will ensure materials, workmanship, testing, and documentation meet project specs and client requirements, coordinating with clients, consultants, and labs.

Responsibilities include reviewing MTCs and test reports, raising NCRs, and maintaining thorough quality documentation for audits and handover. 8–15 years' experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 8-15 years of QA/QC experience in EPC/road/highway/infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with client/consultant and laboratories.
• Familiarity with IRC/MORTH/IS/ASTM/AASHTO standards.
• Strong documentation and auditing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the project QA/QC Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Monitor quality of earthwork, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, bituminous works, drainage, structures, and road furniture.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, site engineers, and laboratory teams for inspection and testing activities.
• Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), test reports, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate and witness field and laboratory tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt/bitumen, and other construction materials.
• Raise and close NCRs, observations, and quality-related issues with concerned teams; ensure CAPA closure.
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, testing, and handover; support audits.
• Ensure compliance with IRC/MORTH/IS/ASTM/AASHTO standards and project specs.
