Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QA/QC Document Controller to support ISO-compliant quality records, RFIs, and document flow across projects. You will prepare project quality reports and maintain documentation databases for efficient inspection and audit processes.

The ideal candidate holds 10+ years as a Civil QC Inspector with Oil & Gas/Petrochemical EPC exposure, ADNOC project experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Civil QC Inspector.
• Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry experience.
• Experience with major EPC contractors or subcontractors.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Strong document control, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project quality document databases and records.
• Log, categorise and distribute incoming documents to relevant Quality Engineers.
• Maintain RFI logs and distribute daily RFIs to discipline inspectors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly Quality status reports.
• Maintain ISO 9001 quality records, audit documentation, complaints and feedback logs.
• Control work procedures, transmittals, quality manuals and handbooks.
• Support Quality induction and internal audit activities.
• Manage QA/QC meetings, calendars, minutes, travel and leave schedules.
• Control and issue QA/QC inspection stamps.
• Draft formal letters and perform general document-control/administrative duties.
