Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage guide and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.
- Testing Strategy: Design implement and maintain comprehensive QA strategies test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Defect Management: Identify document and track bugs through to resolution ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry best practices coding guidelines and relevant quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on QA progress risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
