Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications using Selenium, and to drive testing strategy across Web, API, and Mobile components.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of automation testing experience, strong expertise with TestNG and TDD/BDD frameworks, plus hands-on CI/CD and Agile/Scrum practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in automation software testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using TestNG and TDD/BDD-based frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and API automation.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking, test management tools (Azure DevOps preferred) and git operations.
• Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, System, UAT, and Database Testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Performance and Stress Testing; JMeter experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium.

• Provide regular and accurate status updates, reports, and testing insights.
• Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot defects across Web, API, Mobile, and related components.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across Web, API, and Mobile applications.
