Job summary

Kingston Stanley in Dubai is seeking a Quality & Support Engineer to join the Digital & Innovation team of an international insurance broker. The role blends QA automation, application support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure our digital applications are reliable and performant.

You will collaborate with developers, product teams, users, and vendors, develop automated tests, handle incidents, and contribute to release readiness and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QA, test automation, or application support.
• Must be Emirati.
• Strong experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD, SQL, APIs, web technologies, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including end-to-end testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyse logs, and manage incidents.
• Support application releases, deployments, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and support user training.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
