Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to drive test automation strategy and build reliable, scalable automation suites. You will be hands-on with modern frameworks and enforce best practices that improve product quality and release velocity.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end automated tests with Playwright, maintaining frameworks in Java or JavaScript, and coordinating with developers and product teams to refine testing strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright.

• Manage build and test execution using Gradle.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define and improve testing strategies.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation/test execution issues.
• Champion automation-first QA culture across the organization.
