Job summary

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) in the UAE is seeking a Purchase Coordinator to support the Purchase Officer in procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.

The role requires 1-3 years in procurement, a BA in Business Administration, fluent English (Arabic preferred), and MS Office proficiency. A dynamic, detail-focused team player will thrive in this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders and send them to suppliers and departments.
• Obtain supplier prices, specifications, and delivery information.

• Check invoices and receiving reports against purchase orders.
• Review prices and payment terms and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight partners.
• Process CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and other procurement documents.
• Support the Purchase Officer and Head of Purchase Section with daily administrative duties.
