Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain pristine public areas and guest rooms, delivering luxury service with attention to detail. Join our team to anticipate guest needs, show genuine hospitality, and contribute to a world-class guest experience in a 5* setting with 6 days per week over 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas.
• Clean and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas.
• Clean and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels.
