Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai is seeking a guest service/administrative role within its luxury hotel team. You will prepare for shifts, manage cash and data entry in the Symphony system, greet guests, and support daily front office and F&B services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the shift and maintain Symphony, printers, guest checks and folders to ensure stock and preparedness.
• Prepare the departmental cash float.
• Meet, greet and bid farewell to guests according to standards.
• Open and close cash bills.
• Enter all data correctly in the Symphony system.
• Ensure that all transactions are correct.
• Promote best practices and continuously seek improvements, communicating to managers.
• Support financial performance by controlling finance documents and verifying invoices and guest checks.
• Keep the workplace tidy and maintain personal hygiene.
• Support food and beverage operations as required.
• Adhere to Four Seasons policies and standards.

What you will do:

• Prepare for the shift, Maintain Symphony, Printers, Guest checks and folders to ensure sufficient stock and preparedness


• Prepares the float for the department


• Meet, greet and bid farewell to guest according to standards


• Open and close the cash bill


• Enter all data correctly in the Symphony


• Ensure that all transactions are correct


• Ensures best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to the managers


• Ensures financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verifies correctness of invoices and guest checks


• Keep work place tidy and clean at all times, maintains personal hygiene


• Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement


• Adhere and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies undefined
