Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai is seeking a Public Area Attendant to provide genuine hospitality and maintain sparkling public areas. The role requires prior housekeeping experience in luxury 5* hotels and a keen eye for detail, ensuring guest comfort and room readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed/stocked, routine checks of all public areas.
• Clean and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
