Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced Security professional to actively participate in daily operations, ensuring safety for guests and staff. You will monitor visitor movement, handle sensitive tasks with discretion, and manage access control across hotel areas.

Requirements include 3+ years in 5-star luxury hotels, strong English skills, and a bonus for holding a Sira Security License. Competitive benefits and living accommodations are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort.
• Strong English language skills.
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and control movement of associates, visitors, and contractors entering/exiting the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, discretion and efficiency.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings during entry/exit through employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure unauthorized personnel do not gain access to hotel floors and back of house areas.
• Be fully conversant with hotel layout and daily operations.

What you will do

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and to control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and to control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What you bring
