Job summary

MedNet Global Healthcare Solutions L.L.C. invites applications for a Team Leader of the Network team to drive development, management, and optimization of our healthcare provider network across markets, ensuring outstanding service standards and operational excellence.

You will oversee credentialing, provider profiling, negotiations, and performance monitoring, while maintaining strong relationships with providers, insurers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the TPA, health insurance, or managed care industry.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or developing healthcare provider networks, preferably within GCC region.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider contracting, credentialing, network management, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, maintenance, evaluation, and expansion of MedNet's provider network.
• Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities to meet quality standards.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, and re-contracting with providers to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor provider performance against established benchmarks and service standards.
• Develop reports and insights to support network strategy and improvements.
