Job summary

Grnata Group is seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties in Bahrain. You will manage tenants, rent matters, maintenance requests, and site staff to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in property management, strong tenant relations, and a proven ability to prepare reports and coordinate with owners, tenants, and contractors. Bahraini nationals only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination and tenant management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience in preparing reports and coordinating with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
