Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced real estate sales professional to drive off-plan property sales across Meydan and Dubai South, targeting international investors. You will manage VIP site tours, financial structuring, and SPA contracts via the DLD Oqood system.

The role requires a valid active RERA Broker Card, 2–3 years of high-volume UAE real estate sales, and exceptional English; fluency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Build and maintain an international investor pipeline and represent the developer at launches and broker events.

• Must legally hold an active, verified RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) Broker Card, demonstrating full compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations for direct property sales.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable, high-volume real estate sales experience in the UAE, specifically targeting mid-to-luxury off-plan developments and international investors.
• Exceptional multilingual negotiation skills; absolute fluency in English is mandatory, while native-level proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic provides a critical advantage for foreign lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Aggressively drive off-plan property sales across Azizi's extensive portfolio (including Meydan and Dubai South), consistently meeting and exceeding strict multi-million dirham quarterly revenue quotas.
• Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process, from conducting VIP site tours and financial structuring to executing flawless SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) contracts via the DLD Oqood system.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of international investors and high-net-worth individuals, representing the developer at high-profile property launches and broker networking events.
