Job summary

Keyper, a UAE PropTech and FinTech startup, seeks a Leasing Team Lead to drive leasing ops, growth, and exceptional client experience. You will lead a high-performing team, align with UAE real estate dynamics, and promote digital payment solutions.

Promoting Keyper’s RNPM and digital rent payments, you will build partnerships and ensure excellence across the leasing cycle, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leasing or real estate operations experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
• Strong people management and coaching experience.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital solutions (PropTech/FinTech exposure preferred).
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.

• Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
• Oversee the full leasing process — from property onboarding and pricing strategy to tenant acquisition and renewals.
• Drive adoption of Keyper’s RNPM and digital payment solutions within the leasing function.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance leasing efficiency, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key partners in the real estate ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.
• Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.

The Leasing Team Lead will lead Keyper’s leasing function, driving growth, efficiency, and exceptional client experience across all leasing operations. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Monthly (RNPM) solution and digital rent payment platform, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence within the leasing cycle.
