Job summary

Keyper, a UAE-based startup, seeks a Leasing & Real Estate Operations Leader to develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and client experience by setting and tracking KPIs and pricing aligned with business goals.

You will lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, establish performance metrics, and oversee the full leasing cycle from onboarding to renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in leasing or real estate operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving growth.
• Strong people management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PropTech/FinTech solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Set and monitor KPIs to optimize occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve targets.
• Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
• Oversee the full leasing process from onboarding and pricing to tenant acquisition and renewals.
• Drive adoption of Keyper's RNPL and digital payment solutions within leasing.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and partners in real estate ecosystem.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy.
• Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations (RERA).

• Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.

• Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.

• Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.

• Strong people management and coaching experience.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (PropTech / FinTech exposure preferred).

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
