Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple properties and tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of UAE property regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and administration.
• Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and service issues.
• Conduct property inspections and monitor conditions.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security and other services.
• Liaise with tenants, owners, contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain property, tenant, lease and maintenance records.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs and tenancy documentation.
• Monitor rental payments, deposits and service charges.
• Assist with budgets, procurement and cost control.
• Prepare property reports and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE property regulations.
