Job summary

BLANCO D-A-CH is seeking a Property Officer to support daily management, maintenance, and operations of properties and facilities in Dubai. You will coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep properties safe, compliant, well maintained, and efficiently operated.

Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance scheduling, budget support, reporting on property conditions, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of property operations and facilities management.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day property operations, maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational issues.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure work is completed according to requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, service contracts, work orders, and property-related activities.
• Respond to tenant, occupant, or stakeholder requests and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate property records, inspection reports, maintenance documentation, contracts, and records.
• Support budgeting, procurement, expense tracking, quotation evaluation, and invoice verification for property-related activities.
• Monitor property conditions and ensure health, safety, building, environmental, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Coordinate access, inspections, repairs, scheduled maintenance, and other activities with stakeholders.
• Support emergency response, incident reporting, risk identification, and follow-up actions as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, costs, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, service quality, cost efficiency, and occupant satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Education
