Job summary

BinHendi is seeking a proactive Property Management Executive to support our property portfolio in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee daily property operations, serve as the point of contact for tenants, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring properties are compliant and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in property management, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of UAE leasing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management or a related role.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate and leasing processes.
• Valid UAE driving license and car.
