Modon Finance team in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced payments and cash reconciliation specialist. You will process payments from owners, issue receipts, and ensure accurate posting to owner accounts across communities. You’ll manage daily cash counts, reconcile transactions, and support month-end close with detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Certification in Accounting preferred.
• Experience in property management or Owners Association is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process payments from owners via cash, card, bank transfer, and online portals.
• Issue receipts and ensure correct application to owner accounts and communities.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and perform daily cash counts.
• Reconcile cash, card, and online payments with accounting system and POS reports.
• Prepare and submit daily collection reports by payment mode.
• Ensure timely deposits to bank accounts and prevent commingling of funds.
• Maintain audit trails and support month-end close activities.
• Liaise with banks and payment gateway providers as needed.
