Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a reliable Cashier to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will handle daily cash, cheque, card, and other payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records in line with company controls.

You will perform reconciliations, prepare daily reports, coordinate with Finance and Accounts, and support internal audits while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume financial transactions and cash collections.
• Good understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, receipts and basic accounting.
• Strong numerical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• UAE experience in real estate sector advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash, cheque, card, and other payment transactions.
• Receive payments and issue receipts and acknowledgments.
• Maintain records and perform daily cash reconciliations.
• Ensure deposits and banking are accurate and timely.
• Prepare daily collection and transaction reports.
• Assist audits with transaction documentation.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and internal controls.
• Protect confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounts teams.
• Resolve payment-related issues with supervisor.
