Job summary

Driven Properties in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a detail-oriented Portals Listing Coordinator to manage all aspects of property listings across our CRM and dedicated portals. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in every listing.

Responsibilities include updating property details and photos, coordinating photography and virtual tours, and producing listings reports while supporting agents with admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage property listings in the CRM and dedicated portals
• Maintain and update property details, descriptions, and photos
• Ensure all listing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours for new listings
• Track listing performance and provide reports to the team
• Support real estate agents with listing-related administrative tasks
