Job summary

Keyper is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to manage inquiries, property tours and the end-to-end lease process for Dubai properties.

You will verify applicants, prepare leases, conduct credit checks, collect fees and coordinate property maintenance, ensuring accurate records and a frictionless move-in experience for tenants. You will liaise between landlords and tenants to meet expectations.

Immediate joining is preferred and a valid RERA Broker ID is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in leasing (Real Estate) in Dubai.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong customer service / negotiation skills.
RERA Broker ID.

Responsibilities

Attend to Tenant Inquiries in a prompt and timely manner.
Conduct tours with potential tenants.
Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.
Update leases when tenants move in or leave.
Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters. Conduct regular audits for lease compliance.
Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
Coordinate property maintenance according to your client’s agreements.
Keep management informed of any issues.
Interface between Landlord representatives and tenants to ensure leasing arrangements meet expectations.
