Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with Dubai s fast-evolving real estate trends
• Assist clients in identifying properties that meet their requirements and budget
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Prepare and present property listings offers and relevant documentation
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers sellers landlords and tenants
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Stay updated on property market trends prices and new developments
