This is a fully commission-based role with hot leads, exclusive inventory, and strong brand support. Successful candidates are self-motivated, target-driven professionals with UAE real estate experience.

Qualifications

• UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Proven sales, especially in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties.

About the Role

Prime Luxury Properties LLC is looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

We are seeking ambitious professionals with a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market who can confidently manage clients, generate sales, and close property transactions across both off-plan and secondary market properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads and client relationships.
• Advise clients on suitable off-plan and secondary market investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new launches, projects, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• UAE real estate experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in property sales, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and/or secondary market properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-only environment.
• A valid UAE driving license and RERA certification are an advantage.
