Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate sales.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Fluent in English (additional languages welcome).

Responsibilities

• Gathering and presenting property details with precision and professionalism.
• Keeping informed on Dubai's latest property laws and real estate regulations.
• Coordinating and conducting accurate market valuations.
• Hosting and managing property viewings for clients with a high standard of service.
• Handling negotiations from viewing to offer stage with both buyers and sellers.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression and client onboarding.
• Following up with clients post-viewing to build relationships and offer continued support.
• Staying current with luxury market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Actively generating new leads through networking, referrals, and internal databases.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in real estate sales
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Hungarian, Spanish).
• Driven, presentable, and passionate about real estate and client service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
