Job summary

fäm Properties is recruiting a Property Consultant in Dubai to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. You will meet clients, track market trends, and present suitable listings while negotiating terms and preparing documentation.

You will work within Dubai’s largest real estate company, supported by in-house marketing, training, and a collaborative team culture, with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
