Job summary

Luxury Concierge Real Estate LLC in Dubai invites ambitious property consultants to join a high-commission team. You will build and manage your client portfolio, guide clients through the full sales process and negotiate deals to completion.

This is a fully commission-based role with structured training, in-house marketing, lead generation and a premium office presence. Visa and medical insurance are provided as part of the package.

Luxury Concierge Real Estate (LCRE) is an established Dubai brokerage, operating in the market since 2011. We cover the full spectrum of Dubai property, including off-plan, secondary sales and luxury residences.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Property Consultants to join our team.

The Role

Build and manage your own client portfolio, generate new business and guide clients through the full property sales process.

This is a fully commission-based role for driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and manage client relationships
• Generate new business and develop your own pipeline
• Advise clients across Dubai's property market
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Manage transactions from enquiry through to completion
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulations

Who we're looking for

• Ambitious, driven and target-focused
• Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial
• Real estate experience is welcome, but not essential
• Resilient, hardworking and eager to learn
• Valid driving licence preferred
