Job summary

Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to guide clients through buying and selling apartments, villas, and commercial properties in Dubai. You will identify client needs, present suitable options, arrange viewings, and conduct market research to help clients make informed decisions.

You will negotiate terms, prepare and review documents, coordinate with developers and other stakeholders, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and client-focused property advice.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, including apartments, villas, commercial units, and development projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, organizing viewings, conducting market research, and advising on pricing and investment potential. The role also involves managing negotiations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with developers and other stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain strong client relationships, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide informed, client-focused property advice.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver a professional, responsive, and respectful client experience.
