Job summary

Orient Takaful PJSC in Dubai seeks an Insurance Assistant - Property Claims to support property claims administration and settlements. You will coordinate with policyholders, brokers, reinsurers and service providers to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of claims.

The role requires 2-4 years of insurance experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication. Office-based position with on-site duties and close collaboration with the Claims Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of property insurance products and claims processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Register assigned property insurance claims accurately in the relevant claims management systems.
• Process and monitor claims in accordance with established procedures and service requirements.
• Review submitted claim information and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information required for claim assessment.
• Maintain accurate claim records and update processing information as cases progress.
• Handle assigned property claims from initial registration through resolution within delegated authority limits.
• Support the Claims Team Leader with claim monitoring, follow-ups and workflow requirements.
