Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, operating on a commission-based compensation structure. The Property Consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, and matching client needs with suitable properties. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and partner brokers; providing professional guidance on property selection and financing options; and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, keeping accurate records in CRM systems, and staying current on local real estate regulations, market trends, and available inventory.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills with a proven track record in closing deals, ideally within real estate or related industries.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge, including local Abu Dhabi market dynamics, property types, and basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Consulting abilities to understand client needs, provide tailored property recommendations, and offer clear, data-informed guidance.
• Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prior experience as a Property Consultant, Broker, or similar real estate role in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a commission-based environment with a results-driven mindset and strong self-motivation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital productivity applications; familiarity with tech-enabled real estate platforms is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation are beneficial for client meetings and property viewings.
