Job summary

Top of the Top Properties in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven real estate sales professional to advise clients on purchases, sales and investment options, and to conduct property viewings.

You will negotiate transactions, prepare listings and market reports, use CRM systems to manage client interactions, and coordinate with developers and owners to ensure smooth deals. Fluency in English or Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or related sales role.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property purchases, sales and investment options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
• Negotiate property transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
