Responsibilities include advising on off-plan and ready properties, evaluating ROI and rental yields, and maintaining regular communication with clients to support successful transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate or investment consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, incl. off-plan and ready properties.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to explain ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities including off-plan and ready properties.
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
• Identify investment opportunities based on market conditions, pricing, payment plans, and potential returns.
• Explain key investment factors such as ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation and payment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Manage sales activities from initial consultation through to closing.
