Qualifications

• 1–2 years of real estate sales or investment consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market and property types.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities including off-plan and ready properties.
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
• Identify investment opportunities based on market conditions, pricing, payment plans and potential returns.
• Explain key investment factors such as ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation and payment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Manage sales activities from initial consultation through to closing.
