Job summary

Prokura Middle East, part of the Kearney Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead procurement and supply chain transformation projects across the Middle East. You will diagnose client problems, shape solutions, and guide junior consultants from initiation to implementation.

You will own client workstreams, manage relationships with senior stakeholders, and develop executive materials such as business cases, steering committee updates, roadmaps, and value tracking.

What to expect

As a Manager in our Middle East team, you will lead procurement and supply chain transformation projects from diagnosis through implementation, shape ambiguous client problems, develop junior consultants, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to building Prokura's presence in one of the most dynamic procurement and supply chain markets globally.

You will work on high-impact topics such as procurement transformation, category strategy, local content, capital and infrastructure projects, supply chain optimisation, operating model design, digital procurement, AI-enabled analytics, and value delivery.
