Job summary

Prokura Middle East, part of the Kearney Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead procurement and supply chain transformation projects across the Middle East. You will diagnose client problems, shape solutions, and guide junior consultants from initiation to implementation.

You will own client workstreams, manage relationships with senior stakeholders, and develop executive materials such as business cases, steering committee updates, roadmaps, and value tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own client workstreams and projects, managing day-to-day relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Structure complex problems, lead analysis, and translate insights into practical recommendations and implementation plans.
• Drive measurable value delivery across cost reduction, working capital, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and capability-building.
• Manage and coach consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong team development.
• Develop executive-ready materials, including business cases, steering committee updates, roadmaps, and value tracking.
• Contribute to proposals, solution design, and business development.
