Job summary

Prokura is hiring a Project Manager for the Middle East to lead procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives, from diagnosis to implementation, shaping ambiguous client problems and mentoring junior consultants.

You will own client workstreams, structure complex problems, develop executive-ready roadmaps, and drive value across cost, working capital, and supplier performance, while collaborating with Kearney teams across the region.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years in management consulting or procurement transformation, supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing, category management, operating model design, or value creation.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for executives.
• Experience in implementation, value tracking, or transformation delivery with measurable client impact.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to grow Prokura Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Own client workstreams and manage day-to-day relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Structure complex problems, lead analysis, and translate insights into practical recommendations and implementation plans.
• Drive measurable value delivery across cost reduction, working capital, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and coach consultants and analysts to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Develop executive-ready materials, including business cases, steering committee updates, roadmaps, and value tracking.
• Contribute to proposals, solution design, and business development with Prokura Middle East and cross-geography teams.
