About the Role

Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading joinery and fit-out company specialising in high-performance fire‑rated and acoustic timber doors as they look to hire an experienced Project Sales Manager to join their team in UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional from the door or joinery manufacturing industry to represent premium technical door solutions across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project‑based sales, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships within the regional construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for the company’s fire‑rated and acoustic door systems across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to tendering, negotiation, and project closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in the construction and interiors sectors.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design, production and installation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel across GCC markets to establish distribution channels and grow regional sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming project opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically managing door packages within projects (Mandatory).
• Previous experience with a reputable joinery or door manufacturing company (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of fire‑rated and acoustic timber door systems.
• A well‑established network within the UAE construction industry (Mandatory); exposure to the KSA market is a strong advantage.
• Technical qualification such as a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
• Motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
