Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Strategic Management and Performance Management System (PMS) across ADNOC Drilling.
- Monitor and track SMART Objectives, KPIs, and corporate scorecards to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate performance data from divisions, rigs, and business units.
- Prepare and maintain corporate performance reports, including:
- Corporate Monthly Reports
- Divisional Performance Reports
- Rig Performance Reports
- KPI Progress Reports
- Executive Performance Dashboards
- Participate in Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), Pre-Retreat meetings, and other management review sessions.
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes and monitor action-item closure.
- Review KPI submissions, verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with approved KPI Index Cards.
- Coordinate with divisional focal points to resolve performance reporting issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of corporate performance data and documentation.
- Manage report archiving (electronic and hard copy) and publish approved reports on ADNOC Drilling's internal platforms (myWorkplace/Intranet).
- Liaise with Facilities Management and other departments to monitor operational performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all divisions, rigs, and business units to support effective reporting and analysis.
- Deliver training and guidance to office and field personnel on Performance Management Systems, KPI reporting, and service improvement practices.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Performance Management, Corporate Planning, Quality Assurance, or Business Excellence.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Drilling, or Energy industry is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive corporate performance data.
- Experience in preparing executive-level management reports and dashboards is an added advantage.
