Job summary

NES Global Talent is seeking a Project Manager - Data Center (MEP) in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 8+ years of experience in MEP project management and data center delivery, with a focus on end-to-end project execution from initiation to handover.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and overseeing MEP systems commissioning. Candidates should have a strong background in data center infrastructure and critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• At least 5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission-Critical Facility projects.
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning and delivery of Tier III or Tier IV Data Centers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and critical environments.

Job Title: Project Manager - Data Center (MEP)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

MEP Project Execution

• Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage critical infrastructure including:
  • HVAC and Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH)
  • Chillers and Cooling Towers
  • UPS Systems
  • DG Sets
  • Transformers and Switchgear
  • Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
  • Plumbing and Drainage Systems
  • BMS and DCIM Systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications
