Job summary

Arena Modular in the UAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Modular to lead the full lifecycle of modular and temporary structure projects, including client brief, pre-production planning, installation, MEP coordination, handover and close-out.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety compliance, and oversight of on-site activities to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in modular construction or related sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale construction or modular projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts and project documentation.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of modular and temporary structure projects from planning through to handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Design, Operations, Procurement, Commercial teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee site installation, erection, fit-out, MEP works, operation, and dismantling activities with safety and quality in mind.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, logistics, and resource utilization, proactively managing risks and resolving challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, risk assessments, method statements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, handover records, and post-project reviews.
• Lead project meetings and provide hands-on leadership during live project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members where required.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of modular and temporary structure projects, from client brief and pre-production planning through to installation, fit-out, MEP coordination, handover, and project close-out. What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably within modular construction, temporary structures, or related construction sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction or modular projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of modular construction methodologies, temporary structures, fit-out works, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and costs.
• Experience within modular buildings, temporary structures, construction or related industries is highly desirable.
