Job description

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead our SAP EC Payroll implementation from scoping through go-live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, keeping it aligned with business goals and timelines
• Gather and define payroll requirements with key stakeholders
• Coordinate HR, IT, and external vendor teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, and keep project plans, timelines, and status reports current
• Make sure the solution integrates with other HC systems and meets regulatory requirements
• Run end-user training to drive adoption

Experience

• 8+ years in SAP EC Payroll implementation, ideally in a PM capacity with multinationals in the Middle East
• A proven record of delivering SAP EC Payroll projects from start to finish
• Hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with SAP Payroll or third-party systems
• Understanding of payroll cycles, taxation, benefits, data migration, and testing
• Agile or Waterfall delivery experience
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (required)
• Nice to have: Employee Central certification, international payroll experience, PMP or equivalent
